What are your shipping prices?

-Free standard letter mail shipping on orders over $10. This is untracked. Otherwise shipping is $1.30 for orders under $10. For international orders, standard shipping is $2.00. Tracked shipping prices are based on USPS rates.

-Free tracked shipping:

US ONLY: Orders over $25

INTERNATIONAL: Orders over $45

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide! Please see prices are checkout.

Where do you ship from and how quickly do you ship?

I ship from New York! All orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days.

How do you ship orders within the US?

All orders are shipped via standard lettermail, and therefore there is no tracking. This helps to keep shipping costs low for my customers.

How do you ship international orders?

All sticker orders are shipped via standard lettermail, and therefore there is no tracking. This helps to keep shipping costs low for my customers. 

How do you pack orders? 

All sticker orders are shipped in a kraft envelope. Since my sticker sheets are not waterproof, a glassine/cello bag is used to protect them while en route. 

Tracked orders are shipped in Stay Flat Cardboard Envelopes.

What are the current shipping times?

While I aim to ship out orders ASAP, once it's shipped the delivery time is completely out of my control. Please contact me should you have any questions!

 

What if my order hasn't arrived yet?

In the unlikely event of a lost order, I will absolutely offer to send a replacement or provide a refund. If you're in the US, please contact me if your order hasn't arrived in 4 weeks. If you are international, please contact me if your order hasn't arrived in 10 weeks. 

There's an issue with my order! 

I put a lot of care into every package I send out. It's important to me that my customers are happy with their purchases, but if you have an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’ll do everything I can to resolve any issues or concerns.

Returns

I offer refunds on purchases returned in original and unused condition. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Please understand that you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. Please note that your refund will be for the product only - you will not be refunded your original shipping cost.
